Don't forget Crow meat. There are a number of members who seem to enjoy eating Crow. What about Raven steaks. Breast of Barn Owl.

I voted swiss, provolone was a close second. But cheese and bacon make everything better.

Too tough to make a choice. I like them all, from Sharp Chedder to a Mild Colby. Some favorites; Havarti, Blue, Roquefort, Baby Swiss and it's variants, Gouda, Provolone, Mozzarella..it's endless.
