Oooh, I'm dissapointed. Eating the skin and tater together? Scoop out tater stuff leaving those wonderful, crispy skins. Put a couple pats of butter in each skin half, enjoy. As for the tater stuff, I do eat it with the salt and butter, but the skin is the raison de tere.
BTW-if you wrap it foil, it's steamead, NOT baked!
