Looks good Tango, but I am afraid I would be going back for seconds, total for that meal, 14 points.

How many points for a bowl of ice cream...with whip cream for desert?

Lon that is sautéed peaches, nectarines, and plumbs with a shallot and some garlic. Taste is funny by itself but you add the spicy pork and the fruit and it was a good mix. They said add some couscous but I hate the taste of that crap so I made long grain and wild rice.

It's nice out, so I'm grilling some meat for dinner. A nice fire, a bunch of friends and the women folk in the kitchen baking cakes! My coaches said it was OK to break my diet rules on the weekend.

Chicken w/ dry rub seasoning (my own mix), hots, grilled peppers and onions from the garden, sliced tomatoes and basil from the garden with a little balsamic vinegar, grilled corn on the cob, and I'm-not-sure-yet for desert (Elizabeth just went to the store to address that issue. I hope she comes back with a pie or three.)

Cupcakes are all the rage right now. SO I had a thought today at the store.

Why not cuppies? Cup pies are 1 serving pies made in cupcake pans I think if I did it right they would be worth a lot of money.
