This morning I had home made whole wheat biscuits, Jimmie Dean hot pork sausage, white sausage gravy, fried eggs and hominy grits.

(Unfortunately, I have to skip lunch after typical Sunday breaskfast.)

Here's my attempt at making a "Mickey Mouse Pancake" for my granddaughter.

Left over red beans & rice, with sausage. After tomorrow's crawfish boil I will add some crawfish to the rest of the beans. C'est si bon, Sha'!
