We call them "bullseyes". I don't generally break the yolk, I like them a bit runny. Great for camping !

Tamales, I have little lady that runs a Mexican Market in town. She makes the best Tamales ever. I make my own Chili Verde to smoother them in.

We drive a little ways to get the tamales from a Mexican grocery store. They sell them by the dozen. They are soooo good!!

Nothing better than a good homemade tamale. We have a little family owned Mexican restaurant in town. They also sell tamales by the dozen. Rather cheaply, too. A dollar a tamale. I know a lot of work and time goes into making tamales.
As for breakfast today........I haven't eaten anything yet. Just not hungry.

How about a real nice breakfast like Western folks enjoy. Sunday morning in Cowboy country. A nice Tequila Sunrise, Black Coffee and Huevos Rancheros{Ranch Eggs} with extra Chili Verde.
Now go out Prairie Dog hunt'in.

We just left with two dozen tamales and Fathead got a Coke for $15. It smells so good in the car and I'll have them for days. Yum.....
