Absolutely nothing since dinner. I have been up since 2:30 am drank a cup of black coffee, walked 3 miles, worked 2 hours. Now I am in the Dr. office waiting for my every six months diabetic maintance blood work. When I get out of here, breakfast will be on.
I have steel cut oats every work morning. So much better than regular or instant
