Yep, gotta have the pepper. Mashed potatoes? doesn't that kind of kill the point of having cottage cheese for dinner. It would for me, I've battled the bulge all my life, and it's been a ass whoopin for me.

I eat cottage cheese with my dinner, not for dinner. Carbs are a necessary part of your diet. You can just burn them off. Plus, I eat what tastes good.

Not that much of a fan. I like it ok but would push it aside for taters all day long.

Cottage cheese is great. Very versital. I love it with some celery salt, or pepper.
Mix in some Mandrin oranges or sweet onion chunks. Asparagus tips, chedder cheese, cashews, dried cranberries, all kinds of simple ideas.
How about peanut butter? I'll have to look into that.
