it's corned beef hash with tiny chunks of potato and green pepper.

Not at all, that is what I had too.
Wild fennel grows all over this area and have a corned beef and hash with fennel leaf and it is quite good.

Today was Grilled cheeses W/Turkey Bacon on Pumpernickel and multi-grain toast. Tomorrow most probably will be Italian Potato & Egg Fratattas,...
