If i order a beer from a nice restaraunt i will tell them not to waste a mug because im not gonna use it. The bottle or can is just fine

OK, so they sell crappy beer in aluminum cans, they also sell sodas/pop/coke/fizzy-lifting-drinks or whatever you call that corn sugar sweetened crap in aluminum cans that make great targets. Plastic bottles make great targets too!

I should have asked my question differently. Why the Hell would anyone drink beer out of a can? It tastes like aluminum. I don't like drinking water out of an aluminum or stainless steel canteen. It tastes like the metal. Glass doesn't have a taste. Quite honestly if there is a choice between water and any beer that comes in a can I will choose water first.

Every beer mug has the same two problems;

#1 They never stay full.
#2 They all have a hole in them!
