The Devil made me do-it.....My dad had a motorhome with lic.-plates that said DEVIL and everybody thought he was a satanic person when they passed him on the HWY...but his CB handle was ...The Devils Daddy....After he gave the plates up after about ten years ,I bet the state of Missouri didn't let anybody have them again......

There is a guy a truck in Springfield w them plates. Hell the plate the issued me for my Ford says 417 GOD.....so my back one is a custom plate that says STOMPD  Its an 86 Stomper so you figure it out

For those of you that have never considered- at one time- YOUR parents were teenagers-
Mom was being courted by two boys- my Dad- and his rival- who lived just up the road from Mom. Well, Mom decided that she liked Dad best- and that he was the one that could come to call on her. She was 16, Dad was 17.
Out in the country back then you walked, rode a horse, or rode in a buggy if you were well to do- which Dad was not- so most evenings, he would walk past his rival's house, on his way to call on Mom- singing this at the top of his lungs.
