That's the truth. I like falling asleep to the crickets chirping and waking up to a whole flock of birds in the trees just outside my bedroom window. When the windows are shut I play a CD of nature sounds......thunderstorm, birds chirping, etc. No music, just the nature sounds. It's so soothing to me.
