Spark! from Advocare

My daily morning energy/focus drink. Only one I have found that actually works for me and doesn't make me jittery.

My local beer store quit selling my usual wheat beer and I like paulaner's other beer so I gave this one a try. I am not disappointed.

Only because I ran out of beer, the wife loves cider. Just finished a hour long rough housing session with the 5 year old. He punched me in the eye and yelled "surrender little girl" lol
Perfect way to spend a Saturday.

I'm on daily medicine for that. You don't realize how painful that is until you have it. Hope you feel better soon.
