Funny you should mention "Irish Car Bombs," my wife and I had a few (several) drinks at the "Tilted Kilt" in Myrtle Beach and she ordered a Irish Car Bomb, drank it and immediately the "Cookie Man" came to visit and said gimmie yo cookies, she tossed her cookies and was pretty much done for the evening.
She swore "never again" on the Irish Car Bombs".

Wow. Ive always thought they went down pretty smooth.
It was our first night out in more than a year. I think we overdid it a little bit. I don't remember too much after my second carbomb, and third choke and puke.

Sounds like fun.
I rarely over drink. I hate when getting sick or completely smashed ruins having a good time. I nice, even buzz works best for me.

My gal LOVES to get her Irish on. Three car bombs in and she is a chatty, silly mess, but it's awesome to witness.
Never had a visit from the Cookie Monster from those though.
I remember a NASTY morning that involved the reverse ingestion of WAY too many Hurricanes though. 
And back on point I am drinking Ketel One and some Zevia after a rather good morning workout. Granted, it was pressure washing the house from a ladder, but it was a lot more work than I thought, but I am sore, tired and definitely know I was working muscles I don't ordinarily use.

Careful my friend. My doctor got ALL UP in my grill about consuming too much of the Diet Dew. Apparently it is linked to a ton of bad chemical reactions within the body. Throws balances out of whack, causes problems with joints and all sorts of stuff.
