A lot of craft beers are brewed with 100% barley, usually this is the case unless they brew a certain style and then they will use rye, oats, wheat, ect. But most beers are brewed using mostly base malt (barley) and a small percentage of specialty grains (different varieties of roasted barley) this is also where the rye, oats, oatmeal, and other grains will come in to play, if used.

Well I'm drinking a bottle of water right now but after supper I'll be sipping on a large glass of 1 part Ancient Ancient Age and 2 parts Coke Zero.
