I want either less corruption or more opportunity to participate in it.

A buddy of mine got arrested today, and went ballistic on me because he felt he had to sit there cooling his heels too long. I'm not even the one who bailed him, I'm just the guy who covered THAT guy's shift (the1monster) while HE went to bail him out.

Needless to say, we're no longer friends. I ain't got time fo dat. Grown ass man wants to throw a tantrum because he didn't get out quick enough when HE'S the one who effed up and then got locked up. Screw that.

Then I went to a local wing place. Waited 20 minutes for my food...talked to the manager. Ten minutes later... "Hey man. Where my wings?" Ten minutes later, wings arrive 40 minutes total. 3 chicken strips in wing sauce. Except they were freezer burnt. Got my money back.

I'm not much of a drinker anymore. Haven't been for quite a while. I've posted drunk before on ftf.

Tonight, it's cheap vodka and off brand tonic water. Because eff the world right now.

We'll still be here when you get back Tripp.

One word of advice, and I'm not trying to be a smart a$$ because it happens to all of us - don't let others control your behavior. Just because the other guy was a complete dyckhead to you, don't let him put you in a bottle. The world wasn't all that bad before dumba$$ ended up in the slammer.

Sounds like a tough day....
Here's a little song that helps me 'realign' sometimes...
