Sorry to hear about the insulin issue. Unfortunately, none of the non-alcoholic options have a flavor worth drinking (my opinion). There are a few low alcohol (like 3.2% or so) beers that actually taste pretty good. Not the low point domestic beers to meet 3.2% legal limits, but "real" beers designed that way. They tend to be on the sweet side (since not all the sugar gets converted). The sugar may be as big a problem as the alcohol. Don't know.

Thanks but i'm actually doing much better since losing 123 pounds on South Beach Diet & Doctor supv. Diruetics...still have about 28 pounds to go....
