Yeah, that stuff was pretty bad. I'll give them credit because it was a good idea, but still nasty.

Vodka and cranberry juice... simple, yet delicious

Lol, I've actually had some pretty good chili beers, and some horrible ones. I'm currently sitting on a 2012 bottle of Three Floyds Cognac Barrel Aged Dark Lord De Muerte (russian imperial stout aged in cognac barrels with guajillo and ancho chiles) can't wait to try it.

If you find a good lambic/sour it won't be sweet, it will have just enough residual sugars to balance out the sour/tartness, some great breweries to try would be cantillon, 3 fonteinen, tilquin (all from belgium) or russian river, cascade, jolly pumpkin, the bruery, lost abbey, brewery vivante, hill farmstead, boulevard, mikkeller, anchorage, surly, three floyds, desthil, jester king, cigar city (to name a few)

If you'd like let me know what state you live in and ill let you know some phenomenal craft breweries in your distribution area for both sours, and non sour beers.. along with firearms, beer and home brewing are my biggest passions!
