A Harp lager while I prepare to saute some monster scallops (9 are 1.5 lbs) and a dozen shrimp. Nice La Crema Chardonney to go with that.

Then game 5 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs!

Watching the Chicago Blackhawks and Boston Bruins Hockey game getting ready to have A Gentleman Jack straight on the rocks.

I want either less corruption or more opportunity to participate in it.

now THAT ^^ is some dangerous sht. very tasty though. Don't stock it. too creepy... like tequila.

Right now I'm into a glass of Red Diamond merlot 2010. Clean nose with a hint of fruit but not overpowering. A smokey flavor for a merlot but far from bitey, it presents a good smooth balance of mellow sweet flavor and a crisp finish. Highly recommended. 8/10
