Sounds similar to my breakfast protein shake:

One scoop GNC chocolate flavored 100% whey protein.
1/4 cup oats
1/2 banana
Two table spoons low fat peanut butter
Two scoops vanilla flavored yogurt ice cream.
Water.

Put it all thru a bullet blender and drink up.

Is there a difference between Corona and moose urine? Lime and salt or not?
