Sounds similar to my breakfast protein shake:
One scoop GNC chocolate flavored 100% whey protein.
1/4 cup oats
Two table spoons low fat peanut butter
Two scoops vanilla flavored yogurt ice cream.
Put it all thru a bullet blender and drink up.
