Yep, packing in Pisgah N. Forest, N.C., moved to Nederland, Co. On the East slope and did some x country along, though I never got very good at it. After I got tired of winter, I moved to Tucson for a while,and have been on the move ever since.

My wife tells me to do something or demands like a dog , guess what's gonna happen ?

She has not said I can't anything ever and I can't impose my will upon her either , we are two of a kind !
We negotiated and as much as I want to do things , I'll not leave her high and dry ! I'm a tad insane and she , one "feisty" woman ! Two of a kind.!

It is 2:19 AM. and watch is over . Just checked on wife's mother and her wrist ain't looking too bad. I don't think it's broke , determined by "Mid-Evil" techniques , but I can't without X-rays be sure !

In the morning locked and Loaded with "duct-tape" and "Velcro" in hand if necessary , will "Mummify" her butt to get her to the hospital , no fighting ,
"Drunken-Sailor's" verbiage , nothing will stop me !

No one is allowed that blatant abuse of power over me ! Not my lovely wife , my son and surely not Mom..! I ain't being mean here by any means! Fact is , if I were mean , I would not have answered the phone.! I'd be in my tent all comfy
reading Steven King novels to scare the crap out of myself , Savvy ?

I left over 2-k worth of gear down at my camp! Ain't really worried about it cause what took me 2 1/2 on skis would take walking.. oh...6-7 hours in + out!
Don't think that'll happen cause you'd be stuck in the dark , not enough day light hours on boots ! you're talkin 12-14 hours + packing it to carry !

This ends tomorrow , nice hopefully , nasty if necessary !

4 hours in the hospital and I'm back home ! Mom's wrist is only a bad sprain !
She'll live !
She does make a fine "mummy though ! "Don't Ax !

I'm gonna eat some thing and back to my gear , tired and just want to lie in my tent and read !
