WHAT is WRONG with ME ?
It has been a long time since I had an adventure ! I can taste it. I'm all packed
and ready to go .!
Two lists : -Food and Gear for Two wonderful weeks in the wilds.Away from the wife and Mother-in-law..? 
Skis are waxed and tuned Pack packed with all the comforts I can ski with ..and I'm sittin here ?
I got to take a time out and look into the mirror or something..!
Been practicing my skiing and got some new climbing stuff dieing to try out ..and I sit here ?
HELP...!

I would miss my wife. Not the mother in law though.

Well , i'm gonna do it ! At least one week , I forgot doctor thing. If he new what I was doin , He'd kill me !  Shhhhhhhh...! Don't tell him !
Time for "CRO-MAG-Dango" , I even ate ate a left-over cold pork-chop , COLD !
Grrrrrrrrrrrrr......! I LIKE IT ...!

Just did a last minute check with the weather channel and all is good !
The lowest low 13 , piece of cake m my gear is rated way below zero !
I'm leaving right now and gonna spend the night in the back of my truck and hit the skis in the morning..!

GOSH BLAMIT ! I should not have gone back to my truck !  !
I forgot some "SIGG" fuel bottles and got a call from wife , 89 year old took a fall.I don't get reception down where I am set , but may have to move so's I can get Phone back !
I got to take Mom to hospital , Mom ain't up to snuff , Alzheimer's and like a large child.
Well , I left my camp set so I have to go back..! This adventure keeps gettin shorter and shorter..! Oh well , I'll take what I can get..!
As soon as she able ,I'll take her..! Skis keep callin my name..!

QUESTION...?
Why is it so hard to believe that some people actually do things ? Have you ever picked up one of them "Outdoorsy" catalogs ? People DO actually buy this stuff and ACTUALLY do things...!!
What is so hard to BELIEVE..?

Moms almost ready and now the fun part.! I wheel her to the steps then , carry her down steps and then place her on sled to get her to truck...!
