If you move out of the country, disown your citizenship. You could get away with not paying taxes. Move back to the USA with a visa and start a tax free business for 10 years. Sell it before 10 years and that would be tax free too. Leave and return to do it again or whatever you please.
Sad to even think this way, but that's how a lot of these foreigners are buying up stores, businesses, and hotels these days. You actually have more rights in this country being an immigrant, SAD.

There's a liquor store here that is owned by 3 foreign cousins. They run the place tax free for 7 years. They just trade ownership every 7 years and haven't paid a dime in taxes. It's ridiculous.

Fill some old shopping bags and give them to a bag lady.
Find a poor single mom running out of options and give her a stack for free.
Mail 1,000 AR-15 80% billets and jigs to total strangers chosen at random from a phone book.
Fund a better library for the local community college.
Lots of options.

BTW, if it is American currency, the red ink was used on Cold War 'post-nuclear attack' currency printed at the emergency mint in Culpepper, VA, also the Gold Reserve Notes with Woodrow Wilson's picture had red ink on them. Probably others as well.
