As I get older, I find it harder and harder to stay up late. Nowadays, if I'm up past 10:30 or so, I pay for it the next day.

I usually hit the rack around midnight. I take a while to fall asleep most nights even going to bed that late. I get up before 6 every morning. As long as I get 5 1/2 to 6 hours sleep I do pretty well. I'll get seven or eight hours sleep on the weekends.

Usually between 2300 and 2400, but insomnia is a recurring issue.

0730 after getting home from the night shift. Nice thing is, I can log off the computer and go off duty from my driveway at 0700 sometimes a little earlier if the day shift Sgt. says he's got it.

I'm generally in the sack around 10pm. I wake up around 3 am and feel all my old wounds and regrets for an hour or two.

Depends on what shift I work. 2300 to 0300, depending on the time I got up that morning. While on vacation last week I was asleep by 0030 most nights and up by 0830.
