Beautiful work. I have had a few job changes in the last 3 years. I was in finance, doing loan underwriting, servicing and project and property management for a hedge fund. And when the SHTF in the real estate and lending markets I went into insurance. I had much less success in that and I am now making another change and getting into a nationwide auto transport business.
So PM me i you need any vehicle moved from A to B.

I work and live a summer camp/ year round retreat center on 82 acres of woods, creeks, ponds, and some open fields. I work maintenance, paintball, and certified to run the 500 foot long and 75 feet off a cliff zipline and run our 40 foot rock wall among other things. I love what I do and the job has a lot of perks. My dream job though is to be a pyrotechnician and own a fireworks store.

I and my family built this house with our own hands 2 years of nights after work and weekends on 5 acres of my grandparents farm. I designed it, I drew the plans. If my counter proposals aren't accepted by the bank I will take the non built in appliances, furniture, and 2nd hand kitchen cabinets I put in the basement for my gun bench and go. When I see some other family moving in I will stop and introduce myself, give them the video I made before the drywall was hung showing where every pipe and wire is inside the walls. I will also point out the other features that are not standard to a normal spec house built by a contractor.

I am not capable of doing anything destructive to this place, not only because it was built to shelter my family which I love, but also because it was built on the land where all of my happiest childhood memories happened.
You are a person to be admired. Good luck in the future.

Welder and Chemist...

I learned welding and fabrication in the USN. Ran my own welding and
fabrication business for nine years, got too busy and closed it down, no
time for my wife and kids. BS in Chemistry thanks to all you tax payers
in the late '80's and the USN. Work in industrial lubricants, mainly
metalworking fluids, those of you familiar with industrial machine shops
and stamping plants know the stuff I work with.
