I am a Business Banker for a large national bank. I help business owners grow and manage their business through a variety of solutions such as Commercial loans, credit cards, accounts, treasury services, payroll, merchant services, etc.

I have read this too. I got forclosure papers in the mail last week, ex "wanted to be on her own" we had no problems paying our bills till she decided she didn't want to anymore.

I and my family built this house with our own hands 2 years of nights after work and weekends on 5 acres of my grandparents farm. I designed it, I drew the plans. If my counter proposals aren't accepted by the bank I will take the non built in appliances, furniture, and 2nd hand kitchen cabinets I put in the basement for my gun bench and go. When I see some other family moving in I will stop and introduce myself, give them the video I made before the drywall was hung showing where every pipe and wire is inside the walls. I will also point out the other features that are not standard to a normal spec house built by a contractor.

I am not capable of doing anything destructive to this place, not only because it was built to shelter my family which I love, but also because it was built on the land where all of my happiest childhood memories happened.

I am an attorney in N TX. Small solo practice with my daughter who is also an attorney. We practice in family law, criminal law, probate, estate planning and CPS cases where we try to keep the family unit in tact. Both daughter and myself came to the practice after careers in law enforcement. Hers was with a PD and mine was always with a SO. Interesting set of events that has brought us to this point in our careers but we enjoy what we do even more when we can help our clients. Never a dull moment nor the same thing from one day to the next!

You are spot on sir.. We've come across several where it looks as though the neighbors have dumped their trash in.. We are paid by the cubic yard if that's any indication. Sad really

I work in my dads sheet metal shop. We mostly do HVAC duct work. But we have made truck beds for hot Rods, and various other parts for cars. And I'm in the navy reserve. And They send me to the shipyards around the US to work in there sheet metal shops.
