My step father and I lock out, repair, clean out and clean up foreclosed homes..
For the past 9 years I'd been working in a pharmaceutical packaging plant as a tech and the past year I ran the place on 3rd shift..
Hope to get back to factory work soon..

The sheer volume of work we have(foreclosed properties) is staggering to say the least.. I do not care what any polls or statistics say, the economy is not recovering, it's getting worse.. Ok rant over
If by some misfortune you do lose your home, please clean it up, or at least don't mess it up worse lol I'd appreciate it

Summer lifeguard, winter I build pools, and hot tubs and repair pools and hot tubs. Anything from forming the concrete to running the pipes to the chemicals I can do it. Currently applying to several police departments

I think many people trash their homes that are being foreclosed on out of anger. I think they feel if the bank is taking it back, they aren't giving it back in any decent condition. When my son was house hunting last summer, they'd go through foreclosed homes that had holes in the walls, appliances overturned, plumbing ripped out, etc.

Hey Orangello. You were giving that guy a hard time working in a Texas Road House in Ohio. Texas Road House was founded in Jeffersonville, Indiana in a strip mall. According to them they have moved their HQ across the Ohio River to Louiseville, Ky.
A name is only a name.

Hotel Manager. Been in the business a long time. Almost 20 years. In 2002 I was the General Manager of the Year for one of the largest hotel chains in the world. I guess I am pretty good at it.
