There have been other similar attempts at this in the past. Most never made it to production or did not survive. I have seen this one before, but did not pay much attention to it. It looks like it might work well. I have not had a chance to handle one though. It looks to be a nice addition to your 1911 to turn it in to a carbine if it works well.......
hmmm, kinda looks like something I saw in a gun magazine a few months back. It was a system for a glock that enabled the soldier to shoot around corners...basically a glock with a camera on the telescoping end, and then your trigger somehow activated the actual trigger....
kinda funny the Colt has a glock laser-flashlight mounted on the front tho...
