I have been contemplating a 44 of some kind or maybe a 357. Not sure what brand yet as I have not checked any out as of yet.

To be determined. I really wan't budgeting for another gun right now so if it's not a really nice rifle at a decent price I'll pass. I know they are hard to find right now so I won't blame him if he wants top dollar.

I want a Ruger Redhawk Alaskan in 454 and a Sig P227. Just don't have 2 grand right now.

Well I guess its a Ruger Scout Rifle as I called my dealer this morning told him to get me one. Brushed stainless 1st choice & dark carbon steel if thats what he finds. I plan to order a Burris Fastfire 3 to mount on it. If I don't like that combo I can swap the Fastfire to a handgun and get a scout scope for the Ruger. More toys.

Looked at my neighbor's Marlin 336 44 Mag tonight. Holy crap I want that gun. It is from the mid 60's and is a spotless safe queen. Not many out there so we just need to come up with a fair price, and I need to search the sofa for change.
