Mine is a Daoust 301 National ice hockey skate. I am an old beer league player, who has played in PA, NJ, MD, NY & FL. Daoust Nationals are the brand of skate I used the last 6 or 7 years I played. you can no longer get them, so my pair are probably one of the last ones left. I can still skate in them if and when I choose. I am not so sure my knees would be happy, but they are still useable.

I thought it looked bad-ass, and of course the American flag theme/military overtones are cool too. My screen name is an old Metallica song that is awesome to this day!

many years ago i raced amatuer motocross and the nickname my riding buddies gave me was Axeman, because i was very competitive on the track and would cut of anyone who got in my way, even friends! i ether went around, over or through whatever was in the way. i always told them it wasn't personal, it was racing! 55 was the number i used on all my bikes. i went with 55 in the beginning because a shop i used had a bunch of fives and just about nothing else.
