Zesty Italian dressing or just vinegar and Olive oil. Lots of onions, maybe some green peppers. YUM.

Freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese, pepperoncini, chopped onions, garlic oil (extra virgin olive oil that has been heated and chopped garlic put in and let set for a week) and Balsamic vinegar. Also need a jelly glass of ice cold Dago Red to wash it down.
