Give me a White Russian or a diet coke and malibu. Yum, yum.

Homebrew is the best. Followed by a good commercial beer. Stone IPA, Lagunita's IPA, Southern Tier Mohka (chocolate coffee stout) or most of Dogfish head's offerings.

But sometimes I like liquor and when those times hit me, Vodka and coke can't be beat. Other times Mead is what is called for and I make my own delicious mead for those times. Occasionally depending on the meal wine is my drink of choice but its really more to compliment the meal than to enjoy as a drink by itself.

usually, water, iced tea, cola, coffee, or o.j.

when i'm "drinkin" i like a little of each choice. here are my usual suspects:

1] cocktails- makers mark and seven up, absolute white russian, tanqueray martini (dry and slightly dirty with two olives), tanqueray and pinapple, sapphire and tonic

2] straight or rocks- jameson rocks and the occasional sauza hornitos shot. and the occasional celebratory odd shot (jager, duck fart, kamikaze, etc...)

3] beer or homebrew- i like lighter beer in the hotter weather and darker beer in cooler weather. mostly micos but you'll find me with a PBR or a high life on occasion. and homebrew anytime i can get my hands on it.

4] wine- i like a good wine matched well with a good meal. or just a decent wine to celebrate occasionally. nothing too fancy though, my wine palette is not all that sophisticated, i just like what tastes good to me. mo mad dog or night train or anything like that, but reasonably priced does me just fine.

Ah, Jager. Can't stand it straight, just because I hate black licorice, but it's amazing mixed with Vernor's (or any other ginger ale, for you non-Michiganders).
