Is it possible to "stupid" to death?

I've always believe we should have a statute on the books for "felony stupid."

The stupidity and negligence is mind-numbing.

I'm sure if someone CC (even in a gun free zone due to Aurora) had shot the actors, the 'gun nuts' would have been blamed instead of the stupid theater manager and actors. God forbid someone prevent another mass shooting by an idiot(s).

And how stupid and desperate do you have to be to agree to even consider doing that gig? The 'actors' are morons too.

Unfortunately Darwin is in too many places at once to collect them all.

Right next to the "felony stupid" statute should be one for "dumbassing"

I'll bet the reporting is distorted to make it a more shocking story . Most likely, the actors were to be introduced and the audience would understand what was happening. Most likely, some people unexpectedly saw the actor walking into the theater and thought the worst was happening .

Easy to see the bad judgement after the fact but if someone told you there would be a live performance related to the movie, I doubt you'd have immediately said, " Bad idea ! "

About 40 years ago, I heard a news report about a school principal who had the National Guard burst into the classrooms unannounced with M-16s to show the kids " what could happen " if America was attacked .
I never heard any more about that alleged incident .

It seemed in the article that no one but the manager knew ab out the "bad man". That lead me to believe that they wanted to get that shock factor from movie patrons. And in these volitile times I do no tbelieve to be a really smart choice.

Accountable for at least a charge gross neglect or abuse of some kind..!
