No stuff like a bb gun or a vise grip and hammer.

Saw this today.

1969 Romanian training rifle (.22lr)-$40

I would get it, but it's missing the bolt and i have no idea where I could get one. I'd rather save up an extra $60 and get either a Nagant revolver, or a M95 Steyr Mannlicher Carbine.

Bought a Mossberg 152 .22 auto for $10 from a pawn shop in Phenix City AL, 1982. Paid $10, out the door. Bluing gone, stock was a black as a pair of jump boots. Reblued, stripped stock and found BEAUTIFUL grained walnut. Still have it.

In the 1896 Sears catalog (bear in mind the year and inflation) they had a 69 cent revolver, 22 short.

A buddy of mine bought one of those "victory" revolvers from WWII for $60...

If you count trading I got my Medusa for around $100.....
