Default West Virginia - Tap Water Ban 9 Counties

This is going to test those folks that have been preparing in that area, the non-prepared and finally the government.

What happens in the 10 days that they have not cleaned this mess up? Now how much was truly released into the river?

FYI!

http://wvpublic.org/post/where-find-water-list-distribution-centers

http://wvmetronews.com/2014/01/10/spill-water-contamination-reaction/

Spill, water contamination reaction

West Virginia American Water estimates that thousands of miles of main line in their water distribution system have been affected, and it could take several days to return to normal. Until the situation is resolved, I urge all West Virginians to not drink, boil, wash, clean, bathe or give to pets your water. Please only use water for sanitation and fire protection. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and do everything we can to provide water and the resources necessary to help all those who are affected.

News report:

http://www.wchstv.com/newsroom/eyewitness/140110_22286.shtml?wap=0&

CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- A Charleston law firm said Friday it plans to file a class-action lawsuit on behalf of West Virginians affected by a chemical leak that has led to a water crisis.

The Bell Law Firm said it is preparing to file the class-action by noon Friday after discussing the events with professionals who have concern over the effects of the chemical spill, according to a news release from the law firm.

"Reports from the WV DEP this morning indicating the chemical is still leaking into the river show this is more serious than we previously thought," Harry F. Bell Jr., managing partner of The Bell Law Firm, said in the release.

I wish I could answer this; but, the reporters are ready to hang the Freedom Industries President. They wanted answers! Here is the video:

Also, very interesting the administration is going after coal industry and this happens with a product related to the coal industry. This is going to snowball!

One thread, please. Yes, that product is used to wash coal in the prep plants. Why that would be cause for going after the coal industry is beyond me.

Cause you know that the only purpose of coal other than Santa is to pollute the air in Californica. Jeeze C3, you know Santa dont wash his coal in chemicals b4 he leaves it so if we didnt just want to pollute the air with coal smoke, their would be no reason for coal chemicals to be in WV Drinking water. Yur logic may be slipping there!

Another reason I feel pretty safe up on top of the world! Chemicals just like turds run downhill and Im beside Windmills with 4 wells and no distributed pre tainted water being forced down my throat!!!!
