That dude in last weeks episode in the vest. The one who shot the military people down. When he picks up the ar15 flattop upper to shoot the wounded soldier. If you look there isn't a rear sights at all on the gun..... Not very good attention to detail

Thinkin Lori is still alive or a zombie. They didn't show Carl shoot her, so he probably didn't. Then again, in the scenes to the next episode, they show Rick in the room with Glen, and he appears to be examining the body, so who knows? There's got to be a twist to it somehow. Maybe he'll blame someone else and go apesh** crazy.

He may blame himself. After all, he was the one that set that guy loose. If he hadn't, they would have been able to have Herschel attend to Lori and possibly save her life.
