He is buried next to his dad up on the hill in Seattle's Lakeview Cemetary. It's a beautiful location and his headstone is amazing, with a quote concerning life and death that he gave in one of his last interviews on it.
It's kind of erie, but it offers peace as well.

I don't think so, she looks like she may have pneumonia or something. This season starts just after winter and she looks sick and feverish, no mention of being pregnant.

Yes, she's pregnant (on the show). LOL you guys missed that part? She's thinking her baby is going to be born a zombie. Likely it will be, just to make the show more interesting. It's clear that her and Rick have mutually separated.
The comic writer has said that Rick is not the main character, and he may die. The group is the main character as a whole, but Rick is serving as a focal point of leadership, and may be coincidentally interpreted as the main character of the story.
