I liked Shane....

Needless to say she wasn't happy and got so mad she said she wasn't going to watch any more of the show. Her thoughts have changed since then.

I liked Shane at the beginning. He embraced what needed to be done quicker and easier than Rick did. The problem is, once he turned that switch, he was hell bent and going downhill fast.

The situation with Rick's wife, and who's kid is it afterall, was going to make that little menage' a sh*t show in nothing flat and the group would have suffered.

And well, he did snap that kid's neck in the woods for no real good reason.

He sacrificed Hershels ranch hand Otis too. I didn't think he had a real good reason for that either.

That's when he started to lose his mind

I think he said his reason was to save Carl. I don't know the exact specs of the situation they were in and if they both could have survived.

I think that was the point where he started thinking more about himself, Lori, and Carl than anyone.

Well, he had a good reason. Self preservation.

Otis has twisted, or broken, his ankle if I recall - or was it Shane that did it?

Well, one of them was hobbled, and Shane knee capped Otis so he could get away from the walkers because they were both low on ammo.

Shane was when he jumped/pushed by a zombie from the gymnasium window.
