I hear singles are around $50 each and as high as $72 on ebay

You need to read that more carefully. You can buy two for $34.27 each (as of the time I type this). I don't see pricing for an individual coin.

NO ONE sells bullion silver for less than the spot price. It's actually not a bad price for an interesting round - I'd like a few. Thanks for the link.
