Default VA earthquake

A 5.9 magnitude EQ with an epicenter in Virginia struck at 1:53pm est. Anybody feel it.

I am presently in northern DE and the shaking was noticable.

Weird! Wasn't there one in Colorado earlier today? http://www.csmonitor.com/USA/Latest-News-Wires/2011/0823/Colorado-earthquake-is-largest-in-four-decades OK, so yesterday, but still that is two biggies pretty close. jinkies!

Here in smalltown Ohio ( 70 miles west of columbus), we felt minor shaking for about fourth seconds. Definitely noticeable.

Am I the only one mystified at the correlation between coronal holes and terrestrial earthquakes? It seems there may really be a correlation. Does anyone have a link that explains this in scientific terms??
