Is it illegal to have a nuke anywhere ? I think it would fall into the AOW or DD catagory . Fill out your form 4 and see what they say

While you can say it, you cannot write the following sentence;

There are three twos in the English language. (Nope.)
There are three toos in the English language. (This neither.)
There are three tos in the English language. (See?)

They're each too specific as to which two/too/to.

What about too & to? You left them out of your one sentence.

They wouldn't work the same way? (remember, proper english is a second language here)

Any one of the 'two/too/to' you use is not inclusive of the others.
See, I can't even explain it without using all three of them.
Try saying it. Then try writing it.

A nuclear gravity bomb is not a DD or AOW under the National Firearms Act.

Defintion of a DD-

For the purposes of the National Firearms Act, the term “Destructive Device” means:

A missile having an explosive or incendiary charge of more than 1/4 oz.
Any type of weapon by whatever name known which will, or which may readily be converted to expel a projectile, by the action of an explosive or other propellant, the barrel or barrels of which have a bore greater than one-half inch in diameter.
A combination of parts designed and intended for use in converting a device into a destructive device and from which a destructive device can be readily assembled

While they DO contain more than a quarter oz of HE as the trigger, it ain't a projectile (missle).

But trust me- there ARE other laws on a Federal level about having your own nuke.

Took me forever to get the paperwork on mine..........

Many of these factoids are false.
