Next all I had to do was open a window in the top side, line it with aluminum and angle it to catch light.
Because of the thickness of the stryofoam, it was easy to angle the lid in the opening without any special attachment. I attempted to use the flashlight to simulate the sun, because once again it's raining and about 66 degrees here in the wonderful PNW.

I finally had a little free time to work on this lesson.
I used a plain old cardboard box and some spare reflective insulation I had laying around. I epoxied the insulation inside the box, and then realized this device probably needs a removable lid (DUH!) so I cut up another box, with the Mora of course, and made a lid.
I’ll cut out the opening in the lid tomorrow, add the oven bag, and then put an oven thermometer inside, stick it out in the sun, and then let you all know how hot this bad boy gets

So I put my finished oven out in the Utah evening sun, left it out from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
It was a bright sunny day, it did hit 160 degrees F, but after I took the lid off and got a photo it was down below 150.
I’ll try it again with a full day of sun and see what happens, before I post it in the “Thread Of Fail”.

Something else you may want to try, paint the outside of the box black.

Thank’s ABG, guess I should have read that in the OP.
Pushing 200 degrees F today, not hot enough to boil water or cook a pot roast, but closer.
Hot enough to warm up a gut bomb!

After a little hiatus due to my government trying to take over all Internet services (ain't the socialist third world grand?), I'm back!
Thanks again for the great pictures, guys. I love those ovens. They all look very neat and tidy, very professional!
As an apology for going off the radar, next lesson will involve a little give away.
