We dont watch much, but wouldnt get rid of it, mainly because of news and weather reports. Sometimes we'll catch one of the old movies, not this new dribble thats supposed to be entertainment. The one "reality" show we watch is swamp people, and forget the sitcoms. It amazes me how the entertainment industry regards the public. They seem to think we're mindless dolts that can be entertained by any garbage they care to produce and air, and sadly in some cases the shoe fits. I mean who the hell wants to watch a tv show about a horny black preacher thats sniffin around his wife and making vague lewd suggestions to her?
There was a time when the entertainment industry actually represented values, but no more. Its all about the almighty dollar and how far they can push the boundries to make that same buck.

I confess, I am addicted to the boob tubes. Have switched to flat screens over the last three years. Have a thirty two in each bedroom (three), a twenty in the kitchen, a 55 in the great room and a 19, 21 and a 60 in the man cave.
Addicted to the sport of the season, love the Netflix, movie nights in the man cave and the Outdoor Channel.
Yes, it's an addiction. But it seems to be one of my only vices. I quit smoking 18 years ago. I don't drink and I gave up caffeine six months ago so don't judge too harshly please.

AV pre amp burned out in my theater and haven't had TV or DVD of any kind for four months now. Will replace the AV amp sometime in the future but in no hurry. I don't watch much TV anyhow... TV/Cable/Satellite rots your mind you know.

Yes I have a tv
Broadcast, no cable or satellite.
I know am missing some good stuff,
but don't like to pay for stuff I wouldn't watch.
right now watching moto cross from Loretta Lynn's.
DONT watch football or kickball, excuse me, soccer.
DO watch Rugby.
Watch some nascar, but only if nothing else to watch.
Don't watch the bias network news. Will watch, sometimes, Fox news.
I know this is a yuppie cliché,
I watch a lot of pbs.
Foyles War, New Tricks, Death in Paradise.
Do Not watch the pbs news, as bias as most network news.
Do have a lot of dvds.
Sometimes watch some netflick on the computer.
When the weather buffoons come on, I get the remote,
OK, I live in south kalif, not much weather going on here.

Haven't had cable in ten years, don't really watch a lot of TV. Mostly local weather news and of course Sundays in the fall belong to the NFL.

I do not have good reception up here at all for TV and government digital converter. So I get my free TV from the web, mainly from
http://www.free-tv-video-online.me/internet/

http://www.justin.tv/

I mostly just prefer a DVD movie, or nothing at all
