I never liked Ginger Ale as a kid. I think it's because my Mom gave it to me when I had a sick belly. But I do like it now........especially.......

I like Gentleman Jack neat but it's not too bad in Ginger Ale, either. I was in charge of my 65 year old mentally challenged cousin for a while. She was driving me absolutely NUTS one day!! I was going to take her out to lunch but it was only around 1000 and she was excited and anxious to go. She was pacing throughout the house and occasionally asking, "Is it time to go yet." It would be a couple hours before we went. So I opened a Ginger Ale and poured us each some from the can. Mine had whiskey in it. Hers didn't. She was none the wiser otherwise she would have been upset that I was drinking.

More of a bourban and scotch guy myself, just not mixed together in the same glass

Don't feel bad; i would have to back up to about age 14 to fix some of mine. It adds "character" and provides excellent stories to bore youngsters with.

I feel guilty for not enlisting and if I could rewind the clock, thats what I would change.

I wonder if dr pepper would taste good in whiskey?

I didn't like being fresh out of high school. I began to really enjoy my life when I got to be in my mid to late 20's. Maybe I was just a 'late bloomer'. AT 29 I don't think I had any regrets. At the age I am now, I have a few things I wish I could do over.
