Default Toys For Tots 2012

has anyone participated in a toys for tots event this year? the past few years for me has been pretty rough and i could barely support my own family, but since i have been blessed with a good job i have decided to help out this year. i bought $300 in toys for both boys and girls and along with the OKcamaros and the Tulsa Vette Set we helped out ALOT of children this year. i am very happy to have been able to do something like this, what is more rewarding than helping out those less fortunate?

That is wonderful, Wray. I'm sure you have given quite a few children a Christmas they will never forget. I have done quite a bit of volunteer work in the past. There isn't much more rewarding than helping out others.

So your Camaro is merely "OK"? Dang. Sorry to hear that man.
TFT is awesome. I love the program. I don't give because I rarely have the money (like now), but I have helped collect in the past, and it's great thinking about the kids that would get to have a present under the tree when they otherwise wouldn't.

Even during the times you couldn't donate money, they always need people to donate time to make events like this happen. You give what you can. Thanks.

the event was in Tulsa, our convoy was led by some Marines in a humvee. the TPD also escorted our convoy and blocked stoplights, intersections, and on/off ramps. everything was blocked off from 101st memorial to 31st memorial. it was an awesome sight!
