What's funny is he wasn't even here for a day.. Flew in during the morning, walked around, gave a speech and left.. Funny that he doesn't want to stay in the state that not one county voted for him..

Not been affected by today's storms but we are getting rain, thunder and lightening here in Missouri.

It got pretty close here in Norman. About 20 miles north west of where I live. Had a fairly large tornado go down I-40. Got woken up by my roommate when he walked inside from work because the sirens had apparently been going off and I had no idea.. Oops...

WHEE! Just had a very close in lightning strike, you know the kind where the flash and the bang are simultaneous! Heavy smell of ozone here in the apartment.

I had one of those last night too. Caused the DTV box to reset.
MIL and her niece live in OKC, and both without power, last time we talked with them anyway. MIL lives about 3 miles from the fairgrounds, so it got closer than we liked.

I can imagine with the storm pretty much barreling down on I-40 towards the city. We apparently had either rotation or a small tornado go through central and southern Norman near campus which is about 2 miles from where I live

I'm so glad to be leaving this state and the horrible weather. Now on to Florida and sunny skies, oh crap, hurricanes
