Let's see some more of that KTM.

Also the original poster didn't say what type of riding he did and what he was looking for. To me the best bike out there is one that I enjoy and feel comfortable riding. Right now I have a 2008 Yamaha WR250R dual sport. Just a little underpowered for the interstate, great on two lane highways going to work, and still a blast to ride in the woods on some old logging roads or fire breaks.

If I were to buy a bike right now. It would be the KTM Supermoto or the Aprilia Dorsoduro 750 in RED.

My bike from my College days. 1980 GS-1000S. Old school 2-valve torque and two world championships.

I like old Harleys with unmuffled pipes. I've had an all original 48 Panhead, a 66 Electra Glide and a 73 350 Sprint(gave that POS away). Don't like V-Rods or Sporties. I had a 69 Triumph Bonneville 650. Those were good bikes but almost impossible to get parts for in the mid 70's.
