Default Tom Knapp passed away

Shotgun exhibition shooter Tom Knapp passed away yesterday. I really enjoyed watching him. First Munden, not Knapp. Let's hope Miculek stays around a lot longer.

I saw him at the Texas Parks and Wildlife Expo several years ago. Did some amazing things with a then new Nova. RIP. Fine showman and advocate for the shooting sports. He will be missed.

In life, strive to take the high road....It offers a better field of fire.

I only saw Tom and Bob shoot on tv but I felt that I was a friend anyway. They sure will be missed. As George Jones song goes " who is going to fill their shoes"! Rest in Peace.

A generation of singers, actors and musicians who were on are side and just good all around guys is coming to a close soon. This just reinforces how old I'm getting.

Theres a song, Heroes by Waylon and Willie :
..."One by one, and as they fall
Soon there'll be no heroes at all

Well, I guess the fish just ain't bitin'
Just as well, 'cause I don't feel like fightin'
All in all, it just ain't that great a fishin' day

That old newspaper headline
Kind of wrapped around this old heart of mine
Another big one got away . "
