Keep it up, it's easy to lose cardio quickly and as you get older.
LOL...c'mon Goju. My first sensei used to make us run 1/2 mile before and after class. Either it would be running or friggin' BUNNY HOPS across his doju and back. I think the running was easier. When we questioned him about all the running, we got one of those Mr. Myagi type replies...."those who fight and RUN away, live to fight another day"
And I totally agree with you, it is way too easy to lose cardio as you age
