Border Patrol Officer Brian Terry murdered by invaders on our Home Land. They killed him with weapons supplied by his own government. If there is a more deserving American I do not know who?

Your right of course, Mao Zedong is the preferred comparison for leftists.
His staff consists of a bunch of Marxist activists. Some of whom publicly speak in reverent tones regarding the ability of the ChiCom to get things done, because they don't have to deal with silly things like a constitution that limits govt power.
Just going by his actions to this point, BHO has no problem bypassing congress if it suits him.
