Default Time Change

I wonder what time zone FirearmsTalk is in?
It seems the time is one hour behind, as if it never leap forward.
Are we all on the same page here?

There's a way to change it to your time zone but I'll be dipped if I remember how....

Thanks, I found it. Go to Control Panel, Edit Options, and change DST to always on.
